Four hours before the flight, and four and a half if you are six or more or leaving on a Saturday. Two of those hours are the road across to La Romana; the rest is the resort gate, the checkout queue that always runs longer than guests expect, and the counter and security at the far end. We confirm the exact pickup in writing once we have the flight number.
The driver arrives before the agreed time and waits at the main lobby entrance with your name. In Los Corales and the villa communities we register the car at the community gate the day before.
Suitcases, strollers, golf bags and boards are all fine — tell us the count with the booking so the right vehicle turns up for a two-hour road.
