- Per vehicle. $115 Standard covers 1–6 passengers with luggage in one private car, taxes and tolls included — the same figure whether you are two people or six. VIP is $180 for the same group in a luxury SUV or executive van. Groups of 7–14 move to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP.
- How long is the drive from LRM to Occidental Punta Cana?
- 1 h 35 – 1 h 55 in normal traffic. The Bávaro run from LRM, ending at the Occidental entrance beside the Barceló complex it shares a road with. The car is yours alone, so there are no other pickups or hotel stops on the way.
- Where does the driver meet us at Occidental Punta Cana?
- In the LRM arrivals hall with a name sign, then east to Bávaro. The driver names Occidental at the shared gate so you are not taken into the Barceló complex.
- Is this hotel close to La Romana airport?
- Not especially — it is 1 h 35 – 1 h 55 from LRM, out along the eastern coast rather than in the La Romana and Bayahibe cluster. The run is perfectly comfortable in a private car, but it is a long drive, so we dispatch earlier, carry water and build in a comfort stop if you want one. Your vehicle goes straight to Occidental Punta Cana with no other pickups.

- No — Bávaro is $115 Standard and $180 VIP one-way per vehicle, while Bayahibe hotels are $40 Standard and $79 VIP. Bávaro is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $115 / $180, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
