Cabeza de Toro is the low-key strip between Punta Cana Village and Bávaro, facing the lagoon and the Puntacana marina: Dreams Flora, Catalonia Punta Cana and Catalonia Royal Bávaro, Be Live Collection, Grand Sirenis and the smaller hotels around them, plus the Dolphin Explorer and the marina restaurants. It shares an access road with Bávaro but is priced separately because the turn comes earlier. From La Romana it is the Coral highway most of the way, then the coast road north.

How the Cabeza de Toro pickup runs
