The Dominicus beach road resorts

Dominicus is the resort strip on Playa Dominicus, south of Bayahibe village: Dreams Dominicus La Romana, Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus, Viva Dominicus Beach and Viva Dominicus Palace, Catalonia Bayahibe and Catalonia Royal La Romana, Be Live Canoa, Whala!Bayahibe and the condo and villa rentals behind them. They all share this rate because they share one access road off the highway. The road ends at the beach, so the order of the resorts along it changes the drive by two or three minutes, nothing more. Guests who booked a Saona day from their resort get picked up on the same strip, and the boats leave from the Bayahibe pier a few minutes back up the road.

How the Dominicus pickup runs

3. 3After the bags and the customs check, walk out of the single arrivals door and look for the sign with your name.
4. 4Direct 30–40 minute drive to the resort entrance, where the bellman takes the bags.

Resorts drop at the main entrance under the portico. Condo and villa rentals off the beach road usually need the owner or manager to leave your name with the gate — send it at booking and we handle it before the car arrives.

Bigger groups

7–14 passengers ride in a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP for this zone. Golf bags, strollers, wheelchairs and surf gear are fine — give us the luggage count and we send the right vehicle instead of guessing at the curb.
