- Is the $45 price per person or per vehicle?
- Per vehicle. $45 Standard covers 1–6 passengers with luggage in one private car, taxes and tolls included — the same figure whether you are two people or six. VIP is $85 for the same group in a luxury SUV or executive van. Groups of 7–14 move to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP.
- How long is the drive from LRM to HM Alma de Bayahibe?
- 30–40 min in normal traffic. HM Alma de Bayahibe is the adults-only property also known by its former Whala!Bayahibe name. It is in the Dominicus area, rather than at the Bayahibe village pier. If an older accommodation confirmation uses Whala, send the full name and property address so we can confirm the correct reception for your stay. The car is yours alone, so there are no other pickups or hotel stops on the way.
- Where does the driver meet us at HM Alma de Bayahibe?
- Your driver meets you after baggage collection at La Romana airport with a name sign. For the return journey, we confirm the hotel's collection point and pickup time using your departure flight date and number. Send any reception instructions supplied by the hotel before you travel.
- Is this the same price as Bayahibe?
- No — Dominicus is $45 Standard and $85 VIP one-way per vehicle, while Bayahibe hotels are $40 Standard and $79 VIP. Dominicus is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $45 / $85, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
- Can I still find the hotel using Whala!Bayahibe?
- Yes. Whala Bayahibe and Alma de Bayahibe remain booking search aliases for HM Alma de Bayahibe. We use the Dominicus zone and ask you to confirm the current hotel name before arranging arrival or return pickup.
