Where Hotel Bayahibe sits and where we stop

Hotel Bayahibe is one of the small independent hotels inside the village, a few minutes from the harbour and the dive shops, and it is a different arrival from a gated resort: there is no security post, just a street door, and the streets around it are narrow one-way lanes. Our drivers know which approach works with luggage, so you are dropped at the door rather than around the corner. The run from LRM is twenty-five to thirty-five minutes. Because village hotels often mean self-catering, we can add a supermarket stop in La Romana on the way at no extra cost — say so when you book and the driver builds it into the route.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in the LRM arrivals hall with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 25–35 minute drive east to Bayahibe village and down to the Hotel Bayahibe street door.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $40. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
