Casa de Campo is a gated estate, not a single hotel

Casa de Campo covers seven thousand acres: the hotel itself, hundreds of private villas on the fairways, the Marina with its restaurants and slips, Altos de Chavón on the cliff above the Chavón river, the Teeth of the Dog and Dye Fore golf courses, and Minitas beach. Everything behind the gate shares this rate. What changes is the time inside the estate — the hotel is minutes from the entrance, a villa on Dye Fore or a boat at the Marina can add another ten. Security at the main gate logs every vehicle and asks who you are visiting, so we send the villa number or hotel booking name ahead when you tell us at booking; without it the guard will hold the car while they call your host.

How the Casa de Campo pickup runs

1. 1Send the villa number, hotel or marina slip with your flight number, date and party size.
2. 2We register the drop-off with the gate and reply with the written price.
3. 3After the bags and the customs check, walk out of the single arrivals door and look for the sign with your name.
4. 4Straight through the main gate to your door — villa, hotel lobby, Marina or Altos de Chavón.

Hotel guests drop at the main reception. Villas drop at the villa door, where the housekeeper or butler usually meets the car. For the Marina we drop at the slip or restaurant, and for Altos de Chavón at the cobblestone entrance, since the village itself is pedestrian.

Bigger groups

7–14 passengers ride in a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP for this zone. Golf bags, strollers, wheelchairs and surf gear are fine — give us the luggage count and we send the right vehicle instead of guessing at the curb.
