Where Minitas Beach sits and where we stop

Minitas is Casa de Campo's private beach and beach club, on a sheltered crescent of imported sand below the hotel, with the restaurant terrace and the water-sports desk at the top of the steps. Most guests reach it from their villa, but arriving guests with an afternoon landing often want to go straight there rather than wait for a room to be ready — the estate is ten to twenty minutes from LRM and the beach club another few minutes inside. Cars stop at the club's drop-off; the sand itself is a short walk down. Access is for estate guests and members, so your reservation or villa number is what gets the vehicle through the main gate. Tell us if you want the driver to hold your luggage and take it on to the villa afterwards.

How the pickup works

  2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
  3. 3Your driver waits in the LRM arrivals hall with a name sign, just past customs.
  4. 4Direct 10–20 minute drive through the Casa de Campo gate and down to the Minitas Beach Club drop-off.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $29. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.

Per vehicle. $29 Standard covers 1–6 passengers with luggage in one private car, taxes and tolls included — the same figure whether you are two people or six. VIP is $65 for the same group in a luxury SUV or executive van. Groups of 7–14 move to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP.
How long is the drive from LRM to Minitas Beach Club, Casa de Campo?
10–20 min in normal traffic. A short hop to the estate gate, then down the internal road to the beach club above Minitas bay. The car is yours alone, so there are no other pickups or hotel stops on the way.
Where does the driver meet us at Minitas Beach Club, Casa de Campo?
In the LRM arrivals hall with a name sign, then straight through the Casa de Campo gate to the Minitas Beach Club entrance — the beach itself is a short walk down from the drop-off.
Is this the same price as Bayahibe?
No — Casa de Campo is $29 Standard and $65 VIP one-way per vehicle, while Bayahibe hotels are $40 Standard and $79 VIP. Casa de Campo is a shorter run from LRM than Bayahibe, so the rate is lower. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
Our room is not ready yet — can we go to the beach first?
Yes. We drop you at the beach club and deliver the luggage to the hotel reception or your villa afterwards, so you are not carrying cases around the estate. Mention it when you book and the driver plans the two stops.
