How the $55 is calculated

Arrival $29 + return $29 = $58. Book both legs together and the return drops 5%, so the total is $55 Standard. VIP works the same way: $65 + $65 = $130, less 5% on the return, $124. Both figures are per vehicle rather than per person and cover 1 to 6 passengers with luggage. A 7–14 passenger van is Standard +$20 or VIP +$40 per leg. Gate registration, flight tracking and waiting time are part of the service, not extras, and there is no night surcharge at any hour.

The two legs, explained

Leg one is the arrival. Send the flight number when you book and we track it, so a late landing costs you nothing. LRM is a single-hall airport — you clear immigration, collect your bags, walk out, and the driver is standing a few metres away with a printed sign. There is no taxi queue to negotiate. We have already registered the car at the Casa de Campo gate with your villa or hotel details, so the barrier is not a conversation with your bags in the boot.

Leg two is the departure. We recommend a pickup two hours before your flight, which is generous for a twenty-minute drive and honest about what actually takes time here: the villa checkout walkthrough, the run out to the main gate and the single security line at the terminal when two charters leave together. Golf groups should add half an hour for the clubs. Give us the flight number and we confirm the exact time in writing the day before.

How to book both legs
