- Is the $45 price per person or per vehicle?
- Per vehicle. $45 Standard covers 1–6 passengers with luggage in one private car, taxes and tolls included — the same figure whether you are two people or six. VIP is $85 for the same group in a luxury SUV or executive van. Groups of 7–14 move to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP.
- How long is the drive from LRM to Alkquimia Hotel?
- 30–40 min in normal traffic. Alkquimia Hotel is in Dominicus, in the wider Bayahibe destination. The hotel therefore uses our Dominicus transfer zone even when the booking address says Bayahibe or La Romana. Specify the hotel accommodation and its entrance, rather than only a restaurant in the Alkquimia group. A meal reservation and an airport pickup are separate arrangements. The car is yours alone, so there are no other pickups or hotel stops on the way.
- Where does the driver meet us at Alkquimia Hotel?
- Your driver meets you after baggage collection at La Romana airport with a name sign. For the return journey, we confirm the hotel's collection point and pickup time using your departure flight date and number. Send any reception instructions supplied by the hotel before you travel.
- Is this the same price as Bayahibe?
- No — Dominicus is $45 Standard and $85 VIP one-way per vehicle, while Bayahibe hotels are $40 Standard and $79 VIP. Dominicus is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $45 / $85, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
- Why does Alkquimia use the Dominicus zone when its address says Bayahibe?
- Bayahibe is also used as a wider destination name. Alkquimia identifies its location as Dominicus Bayahibe, so we use the Dominicus tariff. Send the accommodation name and entrance instructions; a restaurant name alone may not identify the hotel drop-off.
