- Is the $115 price per person or per vehicle?
- Per vehicle. $115 Standard covers 1–6 passengers with luggage in one private car, taxes and tolls included — the same figure whether you are two people or six. VIP is $180 for the same group in a luxury SUV or executive van. Groups of 7–14 move to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP.
- How long is the drive from LRM to Tropical Deluxe Princess?
- 1 h 35 – 1 h 55 in normal traffic. Tropical Deluxe Princess is a Bávaro beachfront resort. Its name must remain distinct from Caribe Deluxe Princess, even when a reservation or map refers to facilities in the same resort area. Select Tropical and send any hotel-provided arrival instructions. On the return journey we confirm your collection point in advance rather than asking you to look for a vehicle at another Princess hotel. The car is yours alone, so there are no other pickups or hotel stops on the way.
- Where does the driver meet us at Tropical Deluxe Princess?
- Your driver meets you after baggage collection at La Romana airport with a name sign. For the return journey, we confirm the hotel's collection point and pickup time using your departure flight date and number. Send any reception instructions supplied by the hotel before you travel.
- Is this hotel close to La Romana airport?
- Not especially — it is 1 h 35 – 1 h 55 from LRM, out along the eastern coast rather than in the La Romana and Bayahibe cluster. The run is perfectly comfortable in a private car, but it is a long drive, so we dispatch earlier, carry water and build in a comfort stop if you want one. Your vehicle goes straight to Tropical Deluxe Princess with no other pickups.
- Is this the same price as Bayahibe?
- No — Bávaro is $115 Standard and $180 VIP one-way per vehicle, while Bayahibe hotels are $40 Standard and $79 VIP. Bávaro is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $115 / $180, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
- Should I choose Caribe Deluxe Princess for a Tropical reservation?
- Use Tropical Deluxe Princess when that is the hotel on your reservation. Shared facilities do not make the booking names or pickup instructions identical. Both pages use the Bávaro zone, while the actual meeting place is confirmed for your own hotel.
