Where Grand Palladium Palace Resort & Spa sits and where we stop

Grand Palladium Palace Resort & Spa is on the Bávaro coast in the Grand Palladium resort area. Palace identifies the hotel within a complex containing other accommodation options. Use Palace in the transfer request rather than Grand Palladium alone. If your group has reservations at more than one property, list every hotel before we confirm the vehicle and any additional stops. Your private transfer starts at La Romana International Airport (LRM). Send the flight number, arrival date, passenger count and luggage details; we confirm the destination and total price in writing. The published journey time is an estimate for normal traffic and excludes immigration and baggage collection. For a round trip, include the return flight date and number so we can agree the hotel pickup time before departure.

How the pickup works

  1. 1Select your hotel and send your arrival date, flight number, passenger count and luggage details.
  2. 2Receive written confirmation of the destination, vehicle and total transfer price.
  3. 3Meet your driver after baggage collection at LRM with a sign bearing your name.
  4. 4Travel directly to the confirmed hotel reception; additional stops must be agreed when booking.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $115. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.

LRM to Grand Palladium Palace Resort & Spa — quick answers

Is the $115 price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. $115 Standard covers 1–6 passengers with luggage in one private car, taxes and tolls included — the same figure whether you are two people or six. VIP is $180 for the same group in a luxury SUV or executive van. Groups of 7–14 move to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP.
How long is the drive from LRM to Grand Palladium Palace Resort & Spa?
1 h 35 – 1 h 55 in normal traffic. The car is yours alone, so there are no other pickups or hotel stops on the way.
Where does the driver meet us at Grand Palladium Palace Resort & Spa?
Your driver meets you after baggage collection at La Romana airport with a name sign. For the return journey, we confirm the hotel's collection point and pickup time using your departure flight date and number. Send any reception instructions supplied by the hotel before you travel.
Is this hotel close to La Romana airport?
Not especially — it is 1 h 35 – 1 h 55 from LRM, out along the eastern coast rather than in the La Romana and Bayahibe cluster. The run is perfectly comfortable in a private car, but it is a long drive, so we dispatch earlier, carry water and build in a comfort stop if you want one. Your vehicle goes straight to Grand Palladium Palace Resort & Spa with no other pickups.
Is this the same price as Bayahibe?
No — Bávaro is $115 Standard and $180 VIP one-way per vehicle, while Bayahibe hotels are $40 Standard and $79 VIP. Bávaro is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $115 / $180, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
Can a Palace transfer also drop guests at another Palladium hotel?
Tell us all hotel names and passenger numbers before confirmation. Nearby properties can share the same transfer zone, but extra reception stops must be agreed in advance. A booking to Palace does not automatically include other hotel stops.
