Where Grand Bávaro Princess sits and where we stop

Grand Bávaro Princess is the Princess resort on Bávaro Beach. It is a different destination from Caribe Deluxe Princess, Tropical Deluxe Princess and Punta Cana Princess, even though the brand is shared. Give the full property name and tell us if your reservation specifies a particular reception or section. Do not use Princess alone as the destination when requesting your LRM transfer. Your private transfer starts at La Romana International Airport (LRM). Send the flight number, arrival date, passenger count and luggage details; we confirm the destination and total price in writing. The published journey time is an estimate for normal traffic and excludes immigration and baggage collection. For a round trip, include the return flight date and number so we can agree the hotel pickup time before departure.

How the pickup works

  1. 1Select your hotel and send your arrival date, flight number, passenger count and luggage details.
  2. 2Receive written confirmation of the destination, vehicle and total transfer price.
  3. 3Meet your driver after baggage collection at LRM with a sign bearing your name.
  4. 4Travel directly to the confirmed hotel reception; additional stops must be agreed when booking.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $115. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.

LRM to Grand Bávaro Princess — quick answers

Is the $115 price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. $115 Standard covers 1–6 passengers with luggage in one private car, taxes and tolls included — the same figure whether you are two people or six. VIP is $180 for the same group in a luxury SUV or executive van. Groups of 7–14 move to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP.
How long is the drive from LRM to Grand Bávaro Princess?
1 h 35 – 1 h 55 in normal traffic. The car is yours alone, so there are no other pickups or hotel stops on the way.
Where does the driver meet us at Grand Bávaro Princess?
Your driver meets you after baggage collection at La Romana airport with a name sign. For the return journey, we confirm the hotel's collection point and pickup time using your departure flight date and number. Send any reception instructions supplied by the hotel before you travel.
Is this hotel close to La Romana airport?
Not especially — it is 1 h 35 – 1 h 55 from LRM, out along the eastern coast rather than in the La Romana and Bayahibe cluster. The run is perfectly comfortable in a private car, but it is a long drive, so we dispatch earlier, carry water and build in a comfort stop if you want one. Your vehicle goes straight to Grand Bávaro Princess with no other pickups.
Is this the same price as Bayahibe?
No — Bávaro is $115 Standard and $180 VIP one-way per vehicle, while Bayahibe hotels are $40 Standard and $79 VIP. Bávaro is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $115 / $180, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
Is Grand Bávaro Princess the same pickup as the other Princess resorts?
No. The Princess name covers different hotels in Bávaro. This page is for Grand Bávaro Princess. Send the exact name and reception instructions from your reservation so dispatch can confirm the appropriate entrance rather than choosing a hotel from the brand alone.
