Where Westin Puntacana sits and where we stop

The Westin Puntacana sits inside the Puntacana Resort & Club estate, next to Playa Blanca and the Corales golf course, on the opposite side of the Punta Cana area from the big Bávaro strip. From La Romana airport the drive is one hour twenty-five to one hour forty, all of it on main road, and it ends at the estate's security gate where the guard checks your name before the internal road to the hotel. Because the estate also holds Tortuga Bay, private villas, the Four Points and the airport itself, precision helps: give us the hotel name on the booking. Arrivals are calm here — one covered drop-off, bell desk at the door — and the same fixed price applies whether you land at noon or at eleven at night.

Punta Cana Village is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $105 / $170, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
Is a transfer from La Romana sensible when PUJ airport is nearby?
It is if your flight lands at La Romana. LRM clears passengers quickly and the drive is 1 h 25 – 1 h 40 on good road, at a fixed price agreed before you fly. We also run the short leg between the Puntacana estate and PUJ if your outbound flight leaves from there.
