Where Be Live Hamaca sits and where we stop

Be Live Experience Hamaca sits directly on Boca Chica's shallow, reef-protected bay, at the end of the pedestrian beach strip. From La Romana airport it is a seventy to ninety minute run west: highway past San Pedro de Macorís and Juan Dolio, then the Boca Chica exit and a few slow blocks through town, where the streets are narrow and busy in the evenings. That last stretch is the reason a private car matters here — the driver knows the one-way pattern to the hotel's main entrance instead of stopping at the beach end and leaving you to walk. Many guests at this hotel are flying out of Santo Domingo's Las Américas airport, twenty minutes away, so we often book the return as a separate short leg rather than the whole run back to LRM.

Boca Chica is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $95 / $160, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
We fly home from Santo Domingo, not La Romana — can you do that leg?
Yes. Las Américas airport is about twenty minutes from Boca Chica, and we price that leg on its own. Tell us your departure time and we set the pickup with the usual three-hour check-in buffer for an international flight.
Is the drive from LRM to Boca Chica difficult at night?
The highway section is straightforward and well used. The town streets are slower after dark, which is exactly why we drive to the hotel door with a driver who knows the route rather than dropping passengers on the main road.
