Coral Costa Caribe sits on the older, quieter end of the Juan Dolio beach road, roughly an hour west of La Romana airport on the Autovía del Este. The drive is one clean highway run with a single toll and a short descent into the town, so it feels shorter than the distance suggests — but it is long enough that a shared shuttle collecting four other hotels turns it into a two-hour afternoon. A private car goes airport to lobby with nothing in between. The resort's entrance is off the beach road behind a gated forecourt, and the bell desk sits immediately inside, so the driver pulls in and hands your bags over at the door. If you are continuing to Santo Domingo or Boca Chica later in the stay, we can quote that leg at the same time.

Is there a toll or a stop on the way to Juan Dolio?
There is one toll plaza on the Autovía del Este and it is already included in the price you are quoted — the driver pays it. We can also stop for a drink or a supermarket run on request; just say so when you book so we build the time in.
Is Juan Dolio closer to La Romana or to Santo Domingo airport?
Juan Dolio sits roughly between the two. From LRM it is 50–70 minutes on a straightforward highway; from Santo Domingo's Las Américas airport it is a similar run in the other direction. If your flight lands at LRM, driving west is the shorter and calmer option.
