Three and a half hours before the flight. The drive is 70 to 90 minutes on the coastal highway, the San Pedro stretch is slow in the morning commute, and the terminal at the far end is small enough that one busy hour fills the security line. Most guests on this run are connecting between the two coasts, so we would rather set the pickup early and have you waiting with a coffee.
The driver arrives before the agreed time and waits at the hotel entrance with your name. When the beach end of Avenida Duarte is closed to traffic we use the nearest open access and walk up for the bags.
Send the case count with the booking. A group of six with six large cases travels in a van here, not an SUV.
