Where Casa de Campo sits and how access works
Casa de Campo is the closest villa destination to La Romana International Airport — 10 to 20 minutes door to door — and also the most access-controlled. Every vehicle stops at the main gate, where security checks the driver and the guest name against the list the villa owner or rental manager filed; without that registration the car does not pass, whoever is inside. So we need three things with the booking: the villa name or number, the sector (Cajuiles, Vista Chavón, Barranca, Las Piedras and the rest all look alike from inside a car), and the name your host used to register your arrival. Past the gate the internal roads run for several minutes past the golf courses and nothing is signed for visitors, which is exactly where an unprepared arrival loses fifteen minutes. Tell us too if a golf cart is the only way onto your final lane and we agree the stopping point with your host in advance.
