A private departure transfer from the Macao area to La Romana International Airport (LRM) is $135 Standard or $200 VIP, one-way, per vehicle for 1–6 passengers — the same rate as the arrival run. The driver waits at your resort entrance and the drive takes 1 hour 55 to 2 hours 15.

Four and a half hours before the flight. The Macao road out to the highway is the slow part in the morning, the run across to La Romana is two hours, and the terminal queues at the far end. A comfort stop is normal on the way and is built into that window.
The driver arrives before the agreed time and waits at the resort entrance with your name; for a Cana Bay residence we clear the gate in advance with the house number.
