- Is the $115 price per person or per vehicle?
- Per vehicle. $115 Standard covers 1–6 passengers with luggage in one private car, taxes and tolls included — the same figure whether you are two people or six. VIP is $180 for the same group in a luxury SUV or executive van. Groups of 7–14 move to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP.
- How long is the drive from LRM to Royalton Bávaro Resort & Spa?
- 1 h 35 – 1 h 55 in normal traffic. The Bávaro drive from LRM, ending at the Royalton entrance shared with the Royalton Splash water park side. The car is yours alone, so there are no other pickups or hotel stops on the way.
- Where does the driver meet us at Royalton Bávaro Resort & Spa?
- In the LRM arrivals hall with a name sign, then east to Bávaro, stopping at the Royalton Bávaro reception rather than the Splash desk next door.
- Is this hotel close to La Romana airport?
- Not especially — it is 1 h 35 – 1 h 55 from LRM, out along the eastern coast rather than in the La Romana and Bayahibe cluster. The run is perfectly comfortable in a private car, but it is a long drive, so we dispatch earlier, carry water and build in a comfort stop if you want one. Your vehicle goes straight to Royalton Bávaro Resort & Spa with no other pickups.
- Is this the same price as Bayahibe?
- No — Bávaro is $115 Standard and $180 VIP one-way per vehicle, while Bayahibe hotels are $40 Standard and $79 VIP. Bávaro is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $115 / $180, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
