Arriving by private car from La Romana means you skip that queue of shuttle passengers entirely: the driver pulls up at the main entrance, the bell desk takes the bags and you walk straight in. The drive is one hour forty-five to two hours five on the Higüey and Arena Gorda roads. Guests with late flights should know the resort check-in runs around the clock, and our price is the same whatever time you land — the car waits, because we watch the flight rather than the clock.

Arena Gorda is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $125 / $190, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
Can we stop for groceries or cash on the way from La Romana?
Yes. A supermarket or ATM stop is arranged when you book, and the usual point is on the Higüey stretch, roughly halfway. Tell us in advance so the driver plans it rather than improvising.
