- Is the $125 price per person or per vehicle?
- Per vehicle. $125 Standard covers 1–6 passengers with luggage in one private car, taxes and tolls included — the same figure whether you are two people or six. VIP is $190 for the same group in a luxury SUV or executive van. Groups of 7–14 move to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP.
- How long is the drive from LRM to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana?
- 1 h 45 – 2 h 05 in normal traffic. One hour forty-five to two hours east from LRM, ending at the long Hard Rock driveway on the Arena Gorda road. The car is yours alone, so there are no other pickups or hotel stops on the way.
- Where does the driver meet us at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana?
- In the LRM arrivals hall with a name sign, then east along the Arena Gorda road to the Hard Rock main entrance and its covered drop-off.
- Is this hotel close to La Romana airport?
- Not especially — it is 1 h 45 – 2 h 05 from LRM, out along the eastern coast rather than in the La Romana and Bayahibe cluster. The run is perfectly comfortable in a private car, but it is a long drive, so we dispatch earlier, carry water and build in a comfort stop if you want one. Your vehicle goes straight to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana with no other pickups.
- Is this the same price as Bayahibe?
- No — Arena Gorda is $125 Standard and $190 VIP one-way per vehicle, while Bayahibe hotels are $40 Standard and $79 VIP. Arena Gorda is farther from the airport than Bayahibe, so the rate is $125 / $190, not $40 / $79. If your booking is actually at a Bayahibe resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Bayahibe rate instead.
- Can we stop for groceries or cash on the way from La Romana?
- Yes. A supermarket or ATM stop is arranged when you book, and the usual point is on the Higüey stretch, roughly halfway. Tell us in advance so the driver plans it rather than improvising.
