Four and a half hours before the flight. Two of those are the drive, and the rest is honest protection: leaving the city between 7 and 9 in the morning can add half an hour before you even reach the highway, and the last thing you want on a two-hour road is to be recalculating. If your flight is early enough that the pickup would fall in the middle of the night, we will say so and suggest the timing that actually works.

Tell us the case count when you book. On a two-hour run we size the vehicle so nobody travels with luggage on their knees.
