When we recommend leaving town

For a city address we plan the pickup two hours before your flight. The drive itself is a quarter of an hour, so almost all of that window belongs to the terminal: LRM is small, which usually means a fast check-in, but when two charters leave within the same hour the single security line backs up quickly. Two hours keeps you ahead of that without a long wait. Cruise passengers are the exception — if you are coming straight off a ship we add time for the disembarkation queue and set the pickup around the ship's clearance, not the flight's.

Resort gate and lobby pickup

The driver arrives before the agreed time and waits at the hotel entrance with your name. At the cruise terminal we wait in the authorised pickup area outside the passenger gate, since private cars cannot drive onto the pier.

Luggage and bigger groups

Tell us the case count with the booking so the right vehicle turns up. Six passengers with six large cases is a van job rather than an SUV, and we would rather size it now than at your door.
